I draw many inspirations for my work from my past experiences both positive and negative as well as current events and anything else that may get at me that day.
Every canvas I do has a story a meaning a message, you will find a journey at every turn. I love to be able to share these experiences with people at shows as well as painting live at events. I have done many appearances at junior and senior high schools and have to say that teaching kids art is one of my favorite things to do.
I can’t remember when I started drawing but I do remember always loving it. My Grandpa use to teach me calligraphy as a kid, and how to draw with ink pens I guess it planted a seed that just keeps growing. I was lucky enough to have parents that supported me in pursuing my dream of art and encourage me to this day to never give up on that dream.
