Born in Denver, Colorado, Bryce received his Economics and Business Degree from Colorado State University. Bryce loves the outdoors and spends a great deal of his time snowboarding, skating or biking. Bryce is a skilled Videographer and Producer and has a truly eclectic sense of artistic style. Bryce’s down to earth and straight-forward nature combined with his enthusiasm and entrepreneur style have made him a valuable asset to the Dope Group and their clients. Bryce’s life goals center around his desire to improve our world, leaving a positive foot print and helping people in that process. Bryce believes the values instilled in him from childhood and the common vision of The Dope Group partners will enable him to reach people by influencing the cultural climate through their artwork, design and clothing.
Jason Mac Donald born in Casper, Wyoming. Grew up in Aurora, Colorado. Obtained a degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry at the University of Colorado at Denver. Traveled… a lot. Taking care of DG business. If you need it done you talk to him. TDG4L!
I draw many inspirations for my work from my past experiences both positive and negative as well as current events and anything else that may get at me that day.
Every canvas I do has a story a meaning a message, you will find a journey at every turn. I love to be able to share these experiences with people at shows as well as painting live at events. I have done many appearances at junior and senior high schools and have to say that teaching kids art is one of my favorite things to do.
I can’t remember when I started drawing but I do remember always loving it. My Grandpa use to teach me calligraphy as a kid, and how to draw with ink pens I guess it planted a seed that just keeps growing. I was lucky enough to have parents that supported me in pursuing my dream of art and encourage me to this day to never give up on that dream. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas Ray Montes began drawing at an early age and was introduced to graffiti in the early 90’s. Not satisfied with the opportunities presented to him after high school Ray packed up and moved to the Mile High City; here he aimed to pursue his dream of making careers of his two passions, art and skateboarding. Frustrated with the status quo Ray and four talented friends got together and came up with an idea, something different that would spark interest, something for the culture. They came up with The Dope Group and aimed to take Denver one person at a time. Since start of TDG, Ray has had the pleasure of showcasing at many art exclusive exhibitions all over Denver and has illustrated for several companies including TS Board Shop and Neovolt Clothing. Not satisfied with the norm and always forging ahead Ray aims to take his work as far as it will allow him; with many projects in the works and with The Dope Group growing bigger everyday he aims to captivate each person he meets. Life is art and art is life; drawing a picture or working on a wall isn’t simply spray painting or using a pencil but a self interpretation of life as you know it and not what they tell you it is. With this in mind Ray aims to continue pushing boundaries to ensure that TDG will leave an everlasting imprint on the culture. TDG4L!
Born and raised in Denver Colorado, Tristan is a 25-year-old graphic designer with an ever-expanding portfolio. He has always loved the urban/hip hop culture and incorporates it into most everything he designs. His growing knowledge stems from the Art Institute of Colorado where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. He is now currently the head graphic designer for Never Summer Industries designing everything from snowboards, and longboards, to tee shirts, hats, and stickers. Among holding down a full time job Tristan is also a devoted skateboarder and is sponsored by Osiris shoes and a local skate shop, TS (Thrifty Stick). When he’s not designing or skating Tristan loves spending time creating masterpieces out of anything and everything he can get his hands on. He loves painting and drawing in all mediums, but finds the rattle can to be his favorite outlet. Tristan finds inspiration in everything around him, he is always sketching and taking pictures to use for designs or textures. His work doesn’t only reflect his individuality but is also influenced by many artists, designers and graffiti writers that he respects. Tristan is very thankful for his talent and for all the talented people that he is blessed to work alongside with. This company has always been a dream for Tristan and he is very excited to see what success the future holds.
